A leading Rope Access and Access Solutions Company operating across the UAE and GCC, is looking for an Head of Commercial to join our team within UAE territories

This is an exciting opportunity within a dynamic team awaits the right candidate. This strategic role will suit an organized person with a great eye for details, plenty of team spirit & a strong interest in the Rope Access and work at heights business.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Accountable for ensuring strategic objectives are aligned to each commercial deal
  • Responsible for managing the commercial strategy, interfaces, progress updates and reporting in alignment to all supplier negotiations
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Ability to plan and generate new leads through Business Development
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Meeting required sales targets
  • Weekly Coordination with International Suppliers
  • Monthly Business travel in GCC country Branch

المهارات

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales /marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience in Rope access or similar industries (scaffold, Access Rail System, or other access solutions)
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills
  • In-depth knowledge of negotiation strategies and risk/value analysis
  • Significant and demonstrable experience of negotiating business deals (customer/supplier facing)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 Years in UAE
  • Car and valid UAE driving license are required
  • Current position and experience of candidates should be same in Sales/Business Development
  • Candidate must be in UAE.
  • Preferred Nationalities (based on current company structure): Arabic and Indians
  • Gender: Any
  • Availability: Immediately
