Executive Sous Chef

InterContinental Aqaba Resort is currently looking to hire an Executive Sous Chef. Under the direction of the Executive Chef and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures, the Executive Sous Chef is expected to assists in the direction of all aspects of the Food Production and Stewarding operations, and ensures the highest standard of Customer Care and Service at all time.
