الوصف الوظيفي

Primary Purpose of the job:

• Carrying out in-depth credit assessments for existing and new customers.

• Preparation of comprehensive credit evaluation reports in accordance with the Credit policy and guidelines.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Preparation of spreadsheets based on financial statements and performing financial analysis.

• Assess creditworthiness of existing / prospective clients by carrying out thorough analysis in terms of financial, business, economic, and industry risks.

• Preparation of in-depth credit evaluation reports after careful analysis of data and information.

• Review credit applications and perform the necessary credit checks by obtaining credit bureau reports.

• Ensure adherence to the Credit policy and guidelines and practice due diligence.

• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Regional Managers to obtain the necessary information and clarifications from the customers regarding their business operations, financial performance, and other areas.

• Oversee the administration of credit files ensuring that all documents are being maintained according to policies and procedures.

• Measure and report on departmental metrics.

• Prepare and submit activity reports to the management by the required deadlines.

Job Specifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Masters degree in finance

• Professional certifications in Credit Risk.

Skills:

Main Key Skill:

• Corporate financing credit report writing.

Other Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Proficient in English and Arabic

• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Exceptional Negotiation skills

• Exceptional Organizational skills

• Ability to adapt quickly and appropriately

• Ability to multi-task

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ credit/leasing experience.

Target Industry:

Corporate lease financing companies
