Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Convert prospective warm leads into new clients and communicate our company's products and benefits effectively.
- Support clients through phone calls, Online Chats, and Social Media channels.
- Liaise with the internal team to produce the best service for clients.
- Assist clients with trading-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree qualified(Accounting, Finance, Business Administrations, or any related field).
- Has 1-3 years of working experience within the Sales industry.
- Must have a passion for sales and the financial market
- Must be flexible in working hours
- Good phone etiquette and enjoy talking to customers to provide top-quality customer service.
- Arabic/ English Speaking.
