Transportation Manager
. The ideal candidate will possess the background, knowledge, and expertise carrying out the critical functions at a U.S. military forward-base for the Installation Transportation Office (ITO) and Central Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP), with a general understanding of Personal Property Shipping Office (PPSO), Personal Property Processing Office (PPPO), and Commercial Travel Office (CTO). This work is contingent upon award to Culmen. The successful candidate will be an independent manager, detail oriented, and manage competing USG requirements. The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills; must be influential and excel in communication with personnel at all levels. S/he will interface with several senior military personnel which includes non-commissioned officers and officers.

Roles and responsibilities included but not limited to:
* Manage and lead a diverse transportation team, which may include foreign nationals. * Coordinate and work with the Program Manager, as required, for all staffing needs. Ensure all contractual parameters (cost, schedule, performance) are achieved.
* Operate and maintain installation transportation activities to support the installation, tenants, assigned units, contingencies, and Area Support Group (ASG) – Jordan
* Draft, coordinate finalize and maintain standard operating procedures in coordination with the government.
* Prepare and process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and make ready for signature, for all transportation functions; and receive and reconcile accounts (monthly) for all installation transportation functions.
* Oversee and provide the qualified personnel to operate installation‐wide Central Receiving and Supply Point (CRSP), Household Goods and Unaccompanied Baggage (HHG/UB), Privately Owned Vehicles (POV).
* Manage use of Government Tactical Vehicle to perform operations to include training of operators’ for military driver’s licenses for deliveries with estimated travel to equal 300 miles round trip to Amman, and monthly trips to other USG installations.
* Draft and finalize standard and ad-hoc reports and statistical data for all transportation services.
* Ensure compliance with agency and OSHA safety regulations with daily log reporting.
* Other duties as assigned, to include surge hours – The work schedule for the position may be adjusted or increased during contingencies.
Basic Requirements:
* USG active secret clearance
* Prior U.S. military experience in the Central Command Area of responsibility
* 8-12 years of work experience * Demonstrated knowledge in international air and ocean transportation of household goods (HHG) and chain of custody of secured classified cargo.
* Familiar with Army Regulations on the proper transport of classified cargo with security escort.
* Trained on the use of U.S. military traffic management computer system and software (GATES and Integrated Development Environment (IDE)/Global Transportation Network (GTN) Convergence (IGC) and have a working knowledge of the systems at a level that allows the individual to perform all functions in these positions.
* Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of a level that allows the individual to independently input, change, manage, analyze and retrieve data related to the functions of this position.
* Three years of supervisory experience in the military transportation field equivalent to an 88N40 (Traffic Management Coordinator).
* Working knowledge of DOD HAZMAT Forms and regulations.
* Knowledge/experience with host nation customs waivers procedures.
