Amman – Jordan Description We are Looking for a qualified Hardware repair technician with experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices. And the ability to perform front-end or hardware level repair as required resolves software issues and ensures effective functioning before delivering back to the customer. The Hired individual will provide repair services on Printers (Dot-matrix, Thermal, Label printers), Mobile computers (Handheld devices), and Barcode Scanners. In addition to maintenance of Laptops including Hardware and software installation. The job requires the individual to have: attention to detail, patience, ability to listen, steady hands, logical thinking, and customer orientation. The individual must work on a desk with different types of equipment. And has good Customer service skills. Job Vacancy Skills and Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred • Strong computer proficiency, both hardware, and software • Good Hardware Technical Experience in using Solder iron, heat gun, repairing circuit boards • Good software technical experience including install devices specific software, firmware installation, and upgrading • Good customer service skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written both in Arabic and English • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. • Work well in a team environment and be a collaborative team player • Preferable technical support experience Job Vacancy primary responsibilities: • Good customer service in terms of receiving the devices and Handing them back. • Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts • Reassemble complete device • Keep track of inventory and customer devices • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations • Support productivity by ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner • Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality work • Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company's quality standards • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service • Maintain a positive work environment • Provide full technical support for the Company's Laptops including Hardware Maintains, Office updates, software installation, and continuous follow-up.اضغط هنا للتقدم للوظيفة من الموقع الأصلي
