About The Job

Our team is looking for a seasoned writer to join our team on a contractual basis. This person should be able to create strong and engaging content (in both Arabic and English) for all our campaigns, offers, education messages and more. This professional should have strong experience in writing across multiple channels including emails, push messages, app, website and more.
What You'll Do

• Take briefs from all the Marketing Leads on our team and create strong/relevant content for each of their needs
• Easily create different types of content from email promotions to factual frequently asked questions
• Tweak content from English to Arabic with a strong understanding of the Arabic region and how to better communicate/position in Arabic
• Come up with strong and compelling headlines for all key campaigns and projects
• Easily adapt content based on the different channels including emails, SMS, push, app and website
• Comfortable understanding different audience segments and customizing content according to each segment
• Bring in best practices in emails to drive high open and click-through rates
• Support with all internal communication requests to also adapt and communicate to different level of staff members as neededManage team asks/briefs appropriately and prioritize as needed

What You'll Need

• 7+ years in a writing or content role
• Ability to write content in English and Arabic
• A portfolio of writing pieces across different channels
• Experience working on marketing messaging and positioning
• Experience in writing content for many vehicles including email, app, website
