In this role, you will be part of Oil & Industrial chemicals Operations to deliver on daily operations matters.

As a General Operations Support Services Specialist, you will support Oil & Industrial chemicals teams from customer service and operations support perspectives.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
. Support with Billing & Collection
. Prepare reports related to billing
. Monitor, reconcile and maintain SAP job data
. prepare customer invoices efficiently and correctly
. Issues and follow up on Procurement purchase orders in SAP
. Complete customer and internal paperwork
. Leading and assisting in daily operations.
. Supporting operations leader in the planning of equipment, and other resources.
. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
. Handle other duties and projects as assigned
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
.Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED.
.Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer services and general operation support activities in Oil & Gas in Saudi Arabia.
.Have strong SAP experience
.Have strong interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills.
