HR Specialist II

Job Title: HR Specialist II

Education and Licensure

  • Minimum (Bachelor) degree in HR Management, Business Administrative, or any related field from accredited University or College.
  • Preferred any certifications in human resources such as Human Resource Management (SHRM) and (CIPD).

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, Personnel, or any related fields.
  • Preferably working in a hospital.

General Knowledge & Skills:

  • High English language proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking.
  • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Excel is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very well interpersonal and customer relation skills

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Recruitment and selection of employees
  • Training and development
  • Performance Management
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Saudi Labor Law
  • Saudi Commission for Health Specialties relation
  • Governmental Relation websites and systems
