HR Specialist II
Job Title: HR Specialist II
Education and Licensure
- Minimum (Bachelor) degree in HR Management, Business Administrative, or any related field from accredited University or College.
- Preferred any certifications in human resources such as Human Resource Management (SHRM) and (CIPD).
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, Personnel, or any related fields.
- Preferably working in a hospital.
General Knowledge & Skills:
- High English language proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking.
- Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Excel is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very well interpersonal and customer relation skills
