Summary
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2.Coordinate with concerned Hospital departments and organizes consolation and diagnostic visit by consultant-physicians other professional staff of the Hospital to participating key Ministry of Health (MOH) regional healthcare institutions.
3. Develops with concerned departments the Telehealth Services own monitoring system to ensure proper implementation of Outreach Support's programs.
4. Promotes the tele-health development in the internet-based medical services. Endorsees and organizes broadcasting of video-conference and/or consultations of medical and non-medical activities with participating key MOH regional healthcare institutions, international specialized centers, and community centers.
5. Promotes and affiliates with regional telemedicine network, and develops association with international tele-health organizations.
6. Manages three-network of the healthcare organizations that deal with the Hospital. Creates e-Health projects in coordination with other health care organizations locally and internationally.
7.Developsand maintains anupdated database of the healthcareorganizationsintheKingdom.
8.Acts as a reference inthe e-health fortheMOHand other allied healthcareorganizations.
9.Prepares reports assessing selected medical departments and clinical services needs in participating key MOH regional healthcare institutions.

Education
Master's or Bachelor Degree in Hospital/Business Administration or otherrelated discipline is required.Experience Required
Five (5) years of related experience with Master's including two (2) years in a relatedSenior, Supervisoryor ManagerialCapacity, or seven (7) years of similar requirementswith Bachelor's Degree isrequired.Other Requirements(Certificates)
- Must be bilingual (Arabic and English) with strong commandofEnglishlanguage.
