Your Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements – business and technical.
• Performing impact analysis and gap analysis.
• Managing stakeholders, users and conducting requirement workshop.
• Mapping processes and use cases.
• Analyzing the business case.
• Understanding the business objective and challenges
• Creation of reports and dashboards.
• Guiding the technical teams and vendor teams

Your Qualifications

• Possesses excellent communication skills
• At least 5 years experience of IT Business Analysis
• Agile experience/understanding
• Software Development Life Cycle
• Banking experience within the GCC is required
• Must be fluent in Arabic and Excellent command of English, reading and writing
