Assistant Branch Manager
Job Description
Monitors service and sales quality levels and guide staff to achieve goals. Perform a variety of complex duties to serve customers/prospects by providing excellent customer service with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism, while fully exploring customer needs and providing appropriate products and services. Responsible for scheduling, annual performance reviews and disciplinary actions for staff under the guidance of the Branch Manager.

Sales:
Ensure that the Branch's monthly revenue targets in all business segments for all countries are met through direct control of the Counseling staff.
Have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of all products and services and sufficient understanding of all services provided by company.
Training of new joiner on every product.
Ensure the Branch's monthly target of revenue generation is met through Referral Generation with the efforts of counseling staff.
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, supervises assigned Branch personnel such as sales team, tele callers, receptionist. Provide support, overrides, guidance to staff on customer issues. Coach staff members to meet position expectations and sales goals. Responsible for scheduling, verbal and written warnings and annual reviews.
Responsible for personally attending to all prospects/QAs that walk-in because of the efforts of the field sales team.
Ensure all QAs generated through E-marketing are contacted by the Counseling Staff. for conducting seminars for all the E-marketing QA s at least once a month or as planned by the Branch Head and submit reports to management.
Earning Incentive:
On achieving your target of minimum 25K AED per month plus ensuring the branch targets are met too.
Collections:
Responsible through his team of counseling executive for collection allover dues collections which do not pertain to any of the existing staff in the branch.
Ensure the strict compliances of collection operation process
All the important docs related to collection operation process to be forward to H.O. within TAT.
Ensure collections of pending dues in a timely manner from new retainer and for installment & old dues.
General Administration & IT:
Provide all assistance to the Branch Manager in Administration/IT/Finance/HRD and Accounts functions and officiate as Branch Manager in his absence.
Note: In addition to the above, any other task assigned by the management is also a part of the KRA's and the KRA's are subject to change any time without prior notice as per management discretion.
