. This Senior Subsea Marine Construction Supervisor, Scope includes. Ensure compliance with COMPANY systems and processes including the Company Project Management System and maintains support and adoption of all processes. Prepare plans and work schedules that ensure effective completion of projects..Assist PMT in meeting COMPANY Project management System MS expectations requirements in terms of Construction..Support Constructability Reviews, Brownfield Planning & Verification Checklist & Site
Verification Exercise..Review construction work plans, pre-task planning and method statements to ensurecomprehensive safety and feasibility for the Subsea pipeline repair Project..Provide company representation in monitoring contractor's construction-related activities.
.Reports activities, progress and areas of concern to Project Manager. Participates in appropriateweekly staff meetings..Monitor, manage and influence the activities of contractors performing construction work toensure compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements.
.Ensure construction plans are developed in accordance with Company, RLII, RLIII & AKG rules,regulations, and standards and permit to work procedures as applicable..Report and record potential change order requests to assist in claims avoidance..Apply quality management approach to ensure projects are executed in conformance with the
established technical requirements and comply with QA/QC expectation..Manage fabrication-shop activites and methodologies..Apply and capture Brownfield project execution lessons learned & best practices. Prepare andfollow up approvals of Construction Interface Agreements and eMOCs.
.Monitor construction and execution phase, confirm mechanical completion activites MAC,safety, and readiness to commence Commissioning PSSR, Start-up and Hand Over..Develop and implement plans to ensure that the handover of facilities takes place in a timelyand effective manner to support safe and productive operations.
.Review and manage criteria for the fabrication and field erection sequences with respect toconstruction safety in general and SIMOPS in particular. Assess, implement and evaluatecontractors construction techniques and adequacy of Contractors SHE or Safety Plan andProject Quality Plan.
.Manage offshore Shutdown and Non-Shutdown-based construction. Manage plant Shutdownand Non-Shutdown-based construction..Lead the preparation, understand and challenge the schedule estimate basis and assumptions..Define the activity breakdown level appropriate to the project phase and location (Shutdown
and offshore).Analyze schedule and identify critical path. Analyze schedule and identify &develop mitigation or special schedule allowance or reserve against risks, uncertainties orconstraints (heat index, offshore bad weather, site access etc.).Coordinate to benchmark againsthistorical data & industry norms.
.Review FEED and EPC construction deliverables and studies to support the developmentand/or understanding of subsea pipelines Project..Ensure full compliance to COMPANY construction and system completion procedures..Determine Shutdown requirements for repair scopes
.Ensure the Shutdown durations are minimized by providing innovative solutions in pipelinerepair executions..Review and approval of permits.Involve in incident investigations. Analyze and draw conclusions from incident, near miss
.information, KEI, RA, and RCFAs etc. Performs Management of Change reviews.Participate in design and SHE reviews (DRA, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, risk assessments) and verifyrelated risk and reliability, Construction/installation issues are closed out.
What you need to bring:
- Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas sector with experience primarily in construction with Subsea pipelines, offshore Brownfield activities.
- Field experience of offshore installation/ subsea pipeline /cable repair projects, engineering, operations and having at least 10 years of extensive experience in offshore project execution/ Pipeline repair/ Hook up activities in a supervisory role.
- Experience in use Subsea construction equipment for pipeline and sleeper damage repair
- Experience in review of Subsea lifting plans, Review of engineering work pack, method statement, lifting plan, JSA, and ensure project requirements and RA recommendations are well adhered.
- Offshore survey experience, experienced in diving vessel, marine lifting activities. Good knowledge of marine engineering deliverables
- Bachelors degree, technical qualifications and/or equivalent execution experience
