Senior Manager Core Banking Platform Delivery – Saudi Arabia
The Senior Manager Core Banking Platform Delivery is in charge the Core Banking Development Teams

Temenos T24 Development Teams
Cortex Card Management Development Team
Payment Development Team
Provides critical applications development support for the Bank's core banking system.

Manages the core banking development teams by:
oassigning appropriate resources to development and enhancement work
oensuring teams are adequately staffed
oensuring development personnel are sufficiently trained to provide timely and skilled service to the Bank
oguide and coach the development teams to follow best design and coding standard

Manages and supervises in solving problems with the core-banking applications currently running in the Bank.
Provides higher-level support in response to user problems, difficulties and questions regarding system functionality, operations, input/output, reporting and general operational procedures for the core banking system
Accountable on the Core Banking Design

Requirements:

Strong understanding of application development methodologies and approaches
Strong and proven interviewing and workshop facilitation skills specific to the collection and analysis of functional and technical system requirements
Strong and proven ability to render clear documentation and system specifications from interviews/discussions/workshops
Proven leadership of technical and non-technical teams
strong knowledge in Temenos platform and its modules
Strong knowledge of Gitdistributed version control system
Strong design Skills
4 yeras in managing Core banking teams
10 years experiance in a technical development role
