They are currently looking for a Tenant Attraction Lead – Food Production to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the Manufacturing Investor Attraction function's strategy, annual plans, and estimated budget in alignment with client's overall strategy, business- and development plan for the Sustainable Food Production Cluster
- Support in preparing regular reports of the function's activities, achievements, and suggestions for performance development, focusing on the Sustainable Food Production manufacturing cluster
- Help identify, recruit, and develop resources to drive the mandate of the Manufacturing Investor Attraction function
- Support in developing a concept, plan and budget for attracting manufacturing investors of the Sustainable Food Production Manufacturing Cluster
- Collaborate with leaders of Investor Attraction of other sectors / industries, as well as key stakeholders in the organization Food sector
- Attendance of conferences and industry exhibitions to create a network in the food manufacturing space
- Creation of leads through reaching out to the identified prioritized globally leading manufacturing companies
- Screening and assessment of incoming, reactive manufacturing attraction opportunities
- Identification of specific needs of these manufacturing companies to enable successful attraction to client, eventually leading to the localization of their manufacturing activities
- Business proposal development, not limited to manufacturing localization but including e.g., research and development, talent sourcing and development, co-development of products
- Ensure complete partner focus and quality of interactions, representing client in the best way
- Structured negotiations with and support for investors in the development of both non- and legally binding agreements (NDAs, MoUs and Lease Agreements)
- Support handover of deals to client's Investor Care Center (responsible for onboarding of tenants)
- Support in continuously improving the value proposition and Sustainable Food Production Cluster's pitch abilities to align with the needs of investors and organization
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or natural sciences.
- Applicants with a master and/or MBA preferred
- International experience with a global food / food equipment manufacturer in a manufacturing project management, finance, business development or strategy position
- Good business acumen, financial & economic analysis/development, abstract problem solving and logical reasoning. Applicants with additional strategy / business consulting background preferred.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and experience from managing external relationships and complex deals/projects
- Strong presentation skills, presentation preparation and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business proficiency in English language, Arabic and every additional language a plus
- Strong work ethics, enthusiasm, team player
- Character and willingness to perform in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Passionate about Sustainable Food Production and with a solid understanding of the associated value chains and industry players
