Position – Senior Project Manager
Location – Jeddah
Our client is one of the leading multidiscipline design firms in the middle east with a diverse portfolio of commercial, Institutional, residential, hospitality, health care and urban projects.
The Client is seeking a Senior project manger with a strong PMO background
Job responsibilities

• Actively seeks new opportunities for work
• Maintains a regular list of contacts for possible future work
• Completes assigned tasks to support sales efforts
• Participates in interview and RFP process for new work
• Assists estimating with bidding for future assigned projects
• Develops a thorough understanding of the details of the project
• Contacts subcontractors to solicit interested in project being bid
• Reviews final plans and estimate with estimator prior to submission
• Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all required monthly project manager review reports and profitable on-time completion of the project
• Creates, reviews, negotiates, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for information
• Performs project closeout walk throughs with the Project Director and Architect, collects all required closeout information and verifies all project punch list items are complete
• Effectively delegates tasks and duties to the project team, and ensures assignments are completed

Must be able to demonstrate the following skills

• Leadership and business management skills
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
• Able to use your initiative
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Must have the following requirements to be considered

• Must have PMO background
• Minimum of 20 years experience
• Degree in engineering/Construction/Architecture
