Job Scope:
Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing and improving the Operational Quality which includes On-line Quality in manufacturing processes, from material handling to batch making as well as Finished Good Quality Assurance ensuring dispatch of 100% consumer acceptable quality products from the factory. With key accountability in executing Quality Management support to Continues Improvement, Statistical Process Control, Digitization of Quality Documentation and Digitalization of Quality Processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure that all the making and filling areas are complying with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Quality Verification (QV), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements in terms of material handling, storage, batch making processes and filling process.
To identify and develop Quality gate controls (Quality Checkpoints/ Critical Control Points, etc.) at every critical stage of receiving, processing, storage, transferring, filling, packaging and dispatch operations of raw/pack materials & finished goods in the factory along with manufacturing and logistics teams.
To ensure that Quality Checkpoints and Critical Control Points (CCP) in every line and making areas are monitored, implemented, and reported if there is any non-compliance observed.
To apply digitalization on the Quality Checkpoints and Critical Control Points ensuring 100% assurance on Quality compliance.
To ensure that Quality related projects are being executed by following up with project owners and relevant stakeholders.
To infuse digitization in Quality Documentation by creating Quality Apps and Dashboards for easier monitoring of Quality KPIs.
To ensure full coordination with production, engineering, logistics team while doing investigation and preparation of Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA) for any D-Incident, Complaint, Market Incidents, and any Quality related non-compliance as well.
To implement preventative actions using Quality Problem Solving Tools and Process Point Analysis (PPA) for quality defects elimination.
To ensure full coordination with production and HR while performing HERCA once incidents are confirmed to be human related issues.
To attend on innovation, feasibility and capability trials in production area and prepare necessary trial report related to Quality Department.
To implement and monitor statistical Process Control (SPC) both in making and finishing areas, identifying, recording and eliminating sporadic & chronic losses from the processes

Role requirements:
Graduate of Engineering (e.g. Industrial, Electronics, Chemical)
Has high analytical skills
Knowledge in Statistical Process Control, Problem Solving Tools, Apps Creation, Dashboard Creation/Power Bi
Experience in manufacturing set-up is an advantage
