Offshore Logistic Coordinator
Job Description
About this role:
Responsible for preparation and running the installation activities to the works related to F-DBN project in brownfield environment (Simops and Shutdown), including HSE:o To ensure strict adherence to HSE legislation, Company standards and procedures, as applicable to the project.o To ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.o To streamline the flow of resources (material, manpower, equipment etc.)
Scope and development:
o Develop / review and define logistic procedures for material and personnel management,o Support SITE installation activities aiding when neededo Liaise with the F-DBN PMT for all material control and receipt aspects that may impact SITE installationo Expedite material status/ shortage report for F-DBN project & update on daily basis with any progress.
o Link with various stake holders (CTR & CPY) of logistics process to facilitate shipment and delivery, includingbackload.o Follow up with CTR logistics team on matters relevant to logistics and report to F-DBN Project team, and CPYOffshore Representative.
o Based on site requirement/ shortage list, follow up with CONTRACTOR for the material status, detailedshipment program and detailed packing list.o Coordinate with CONTRACTOR's logistics team and facilitate COMPANY inspection and approval oftemporary equipment (via e-Cow) that needs to be mobilized to offshore / jack up barge.
o Follow up and report material shipment identification and coordinate with onshore for any back loadingsequence (schedule and locations).o Identify the area of concern raised by CPY team regarding materials and follow up the same with CTR offshore and onshore team for its timely deliver.o Follow up the tracking of goods receipt at offshore. Assist the CPY installation/ construction team in meetings.
o Interface with QC team and onshore/offshore teams to facilitate the availability of compiled material certificates.o Follow up & facilitate personnel logistic for COMPANY and CONTRACTORo Report any no show from CONTRACTORo Coordinate Transport request forms for COMPANY
o Provide detailed KPI for F-DBN material control and follow up.o Participate in the review of stowage plan, sea fastening etc. for modules and other heavy lift items.o Comment and review the procedures related to logistic.o Coordinate the offshore material returns / surplus materials with backload team and CONTRACTOR's onshore
team.o On regular basis, visit the CONTRACTOR storage areas and report.
What you need to bring:
. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline. Experience in similar position (years): mini 10years.. Previous experience as Logistic Coordinator in offshore environment.. The Service holder must have a strong knowledge of his activities and the ability to analyse and evaluate thecritical parts of his activities.. Good knowledge of the industrial context, contract practice and Oil & Gas operations in general.. Fluent in English – Both verbal and written. Medically fit to work on offshore installation
