They are currently looking for a Circular Economy Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Contribute to the client Sustainability and Circular Economy strategy and by translating the strategy into specific milestones and initiatives, and drive execution of them to reach client's overarching vision
Ensure connection to relevant sustainability communities and networks and ensure that all methods and approaches applied in the strategy are in line with the latest developments in this area
Develop the critical levers/ initiatives that help to make client sustainable and circular in all operational areas (manufacturing, port, supply chain & logistics, research & innovation, urban communities)
Run individual workstreams of the strategy development independently, managing internal stakeholders and external service providers
Interface with client and sector representatives to collect information required for strategy formulation and align on contribution areas to strategic initiatives
Support preparation of key meeting and deliverable documents within the strategy process as well as holistic concepts and framework to structure the strategy process
Detail, set up and own selected initiatives of the Sustainability and Circular Economy strategy
Align with internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure implementation success and migitage risks/ steer to reach goals faster
Develop the holistic Sustainability and Circular Economy KPI framework for client and manage the implementation
Develop ambition target corridors for Sustainability and Circular Economy KPIs and align with key stakeholders within organization
Establish a stable and efficient data collection process for all Sustainability and Circular Economy initiatives within client, where relevant support the development of analytics and digitalization concepts to automatize processes
Collaborate and communicate with all internal and external stakeholders relevant for reporting, creating strong partnerships
Prepare yearly client Sustainability report and support reporting into other key processes

Qualification & Requirements:

Master's degree in engineering, science or other related fields
Business Management degree, ideally in Technology Management is a plus
Strong expertise and passion in Sustainability and Circular Economy within manufacturing/ industrial activities
5+ years experience in program or project management within manufacturing/ industrial activities
3+ years experience in consulting or in similar industry positions with focus on Sustainability and Circular Economy strategy development and execution
Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder management, engaging, activating and strong presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical skills, abstract problem solving and logical reasoning.
Ability to demonstrate both visionary and pragmatic styles and be able to collaborate, partner and work effectively and smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Industry experience is a plus
