As a Chemical Technician, you will be performing duties that assist in the production of finished chemical products
As a Chemical Technician, you will be responsible for:
.Transporting, loading, and unloading chemical products and raw materials.
.Drumming out products from reactors and blenders.
.Collecting product samples and delivering them to the QC lab for analysis.
.Analyzing samples for required QC tests (viscosity & specific gravity tests)
.Blending/ production operations (PPT, CRAFT, etc)
.Acquiring basic computer skills
.Assisting in the collection, labeling and disposal of waste
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
.Have a strong chemical background
.Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a blending operator
.Have good knowledge of quality tests/inspections and always comply with HSE regulations
.Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or higher
.Display strong written and oral English & communication skills
.Have sound decision making & problem-solving skills
