Job Description
About this role:
- Support preparation of ITT packages and coordinate tender process with COMPANY Supply, PMT and COMPANY Legal.
- Participate in the preparation and tendering of the EPC Contract.
- Evaluate EPC Contractor's bid and make appropriate recommendations to Owner with respect to acceptability of Contract Terms and Conditions.
- Administer the EPC contract, document and record all changes and amendments, manage claims, monitor bonds/guarantees, prepare Contract modifications, and perform contract close-out activities.
- Review contractual Terms and Conditions to ensure compliance by the EPC Contractor and ensure Company requirements are being met.
- Assist with the review and negotiation of project Change Order requests submitted by EPC Contractor.
- Take the lead in preparing Letters and contractual responses to the EPC Contractor.
- Interface with EPC Contractor in resolving Contractual and Procurement related issues.
- Review of RFQ's and bid summaries for compliance with project requirements and protection of Owner's interests.
- Participate in review of alternative vendors proposed by EPC contractor and evaluate acceptability both technically and commercially.
- Establish and monitor performance and contribute to the monthly PMT progress reports.
What you need to bring:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of broad contract management, contracts and procurement experience on major oil and gas projects.
- Strong Written and oral communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills with team leadership qualities.
- Bachelor of Science (Engineering or Business) or Equivalent Experience
