What you will need to do:

Monitor, superviseand ensurethe compliance with the construction and other related contracts of the project and advices to the Project Manager accordingly
Prepareand handleall contractual correspondence and other legal documents related to the Project execution and the construction contract
Ensure compliance to contractual obligations towards the Client during project execution and reports to the Project Manager
Monitorand identifyall contractual and law related matters occurring at project level and refers same to the Project Manager and, if required, to the Contracts Manager for assistance or further processing
Referany deviation from standard forms of documents, agreements or contracts to the Project Manager.
Preparespecific Contracts and other legal documents with Third Parties based on standard templates.
Reviewproposals from suppliers/subcontractors and prepares routine response for proposals, bids, and contract modifications from contractual point of view
Analyseand managebusiness conflicts between the company and the Client or any Third Party and submits proposals to Project Manager
In coordination with the Project Manager and Legal & Contracts Deptcollects and advances to the regional level all critical input related to specific litigation or arbitration (initiated or threatened) or related to extrajudicial settlements and further liaises and coordinates for the handling of the matter

What you will need to do:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying or in law, (LLM, ACIARB, MSC, etc.).
Overall, up to Twenty (20) years experience, out of which Ten (10) years in a Contract Manager role, for large-scale, complex projects
Experience on mega infrastructure projects including tunnelling, bridges, rail, in Middle East region.
In depth contractual knowledge
Full spectrum of contracts management experience including document review, contractual correspondence, claims, arbitration etc.
Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language) and Arabic will be beneficial.
