- Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in Banking / Professional Consulting.
- Strong experience in the Functional Side in Liquidity and Asset Liability Management: Cash flow Modeling, Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk, LCR, NSFR etc.
- Experience of working with large data sets, Proven experience in Business Analysis & Testing. Experience of large implementation projects on the functional side.
- Excellent and Advanced excel skills: Advanced skills in Pivot tables, If statements, v-lookups, sum-ifs, VBA and Macros etc.
- Hands-on working experience of ALM & Liquidity Models.
- Working experience of ALM system will be a plus as well as experience with other risk systems e.g. Credit Risk Systems (Moody`s) etc. will be a huge plus.
- Proven Technical Skills : Data Management (Sql Server, Access, Excel, Oracle, Sql Queries), Development (Excel VBA macros, .Net etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A degree in Finance (ACC/CPA) is a must.
