Manager – Workforce Planning
Job Description
Job Summary
- Maintain close working relationships with the Region PD's and Programme Director to ensure all resource needs are identified and plans are kept current.
- Maintain and update current and forward planning resource data for all regions within the NEOM project.
- Produce and administer administrative reports including but not limited to absenteeism,overtime, PAF's, new starters, demobilisations and relocations to other regions.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports reporting all requisite staffing data.
- Under minimal direction, oversees Workface Planning, Advanced Work Packaging and Productivity services.
- Serves as a consultant to construction projects with WFP/AWP components.
- Reports directly to the Program Director. Responsible for workface planning resource allocation.
- Facilitates the hiring and interviewing process in conjunction with the operations service lines.
- Supports proposal needs as required.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating AECOM's WFP/AWP and productivity plans and procedures.
- May be called upon to assume WFP Lead responsibilities on a short-term basis.
- Exhibits a high degree of expertise and competence in oral and written communication.
- Has worked on complex and large industrial construction projects including significant interface experience with engineering and procurement.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience within a similar role within a consultancy organisation
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor level Degree from an accredited University
