Executive Assistant

Job Description :
Our client is a Management consulting firm. They are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join them.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings for assigned Managers/Point of contact.
  • Book and schedule travel and accommodations as required.
  • Organize managers calendars, appointments.
  • Report to 3-4 Managers/Point of Contact.

Preference:

  • Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Good Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good personality, socially active, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
