About Our Client
Our client is a Saudi Arabian government entity responsible for developing a giga project in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating and reviewing all project strategies, project life-cycle work stage deliverables and encompassing project programs applicable to the project.
• Close interaction and coordination with relevant counterparts such as, the Engineering Technical Standards Department, Urban Planning, Project Execution Office, with the support industry leading Subject Matter Experts.
• Report directly to the Design Director and participate as a direct interface with all internal and external stakeholders, to confirm that relevant design packages comply with the applicable International Codes and Standards
• Collaborate with the Real Estate Development Department to enhance the culture of design excellence
• Work closely with the Project Design and Project Execution Office, participating in the review of strategies and development programs for the project and recommend approval
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Develop project scopes and objectives to ensure the timely delivery of design and technical requirements along with project feasibility from a Real Estate Developers remittance.
• Define project schedule, tasks, risks.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, third parties and vendors.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

The Successful Applicant

• BSc degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Should have a minimum 20 years of related experience.
• Enable, motivate, and inspire the team to meet deliverables within project.
• Make prompt, informed, and fact-based decisions for the good of the project
• Experience with a multi-national company is preferred
