The team you’ll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
As part of MN MEA LDO Leadership team, you will be handling strategic tasks across LDO teams to ensure effective, focused, and efficient operations on MN MEA projects. You will get the opportunity to work with a highly diverse team handling multiple profiles in all technologies.
What you will learn and contribute to
As Head of Capability and Resource Management, you will:
Provide expert-level strategic consulting and drive governance practices across MEA LDO Streams.
Setup and operate a common platform for all LDO Verticals to ensure efficient resource planning, allocation, and demand supply balancing. Maintain a reliable mechanism to monitor and follow up allocation of LDO resources across all projects in MEA.
Follow up on recruitment needs within LDO Streams. Validate requirements and ensure approvals at Market level.
Maintain LDO HC actuals and follow up on planned changes (restructuring, ramp-ups, attrition, and transfers).
Guide and support LDO SPoCs to ensure proper alignment with MU’s during Project business case and HC Frame preparation. Follow up till completion of all necessary approvals at MEA Market level.
Maintain close co-operation with all MEA MU’s to facilitate proper HC demand planning on MEA Projects.
Report and maintain critical LDO KPI’s, Utilization & FPO. Support and guide LDO Line Managers by identifying areas of focus to ensure continuous improvement.
Support and facilitate annual SPC planning within LDO and ensure F&C alignment.
Maintain continuous alignment with MEA Transformation management.
Host regular weekly meetings with LDO LT to consolidate and minute critical concerns across all verticals.
Act as a coach and guidance counselor for LDO Stream Managers
Additionally, you will be responsible Radio Resource Management for LDO Saudi Arabia managing the following tasks:
Responsible for leading a team of Radio and NPO experts supporting all projects in Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for resource supply planning, capacity planning and competence development.
Ensures development of team to deliver complex, technical project scopes.
Ensures effective team utilization.
Responsible for attrition management and retention strategies.
Responsible to build and ensure proper competence and capacity as part of short-term and long-term strategy.
Responsible for annual SPC planning and maintaining acceptable FPO within own cost centers.
Drives performance by helping team members set clear goals, provides continuous feedback, and measures progress in a motivating way that provides accountability.
Responsible for implementing customer satisfaction improvements in own responsibility area.
Ensure alignment of key processes contributing to accurate recording of data to facilitate management reporting.
Your skills and experience
Highly developed strategic planning and management capabilities. Able to effectively conceptualize, communicate and implement strategic intents.
Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills.
Direct involvement and influencing experience with Executives and Senior Leaders on key topics
Extensive capability in building relationships
Excellent‚ learning ability to deliver quality results under various conditions in limited time-frames
Experienced presenter at all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities with good attention to detail.
Quick to learn, flexible and adaptive, creative with proven initiative.
Strong ability and experience to influence and challenge related stakeholders and business owners, including senior management
Solid understanding of the drivers of profitability and growth strategies with experience of leading related change and improvement initiatives
Ability to manage simultaneous activities. Strong Data Analytics and reporting skills
Ability to develop skilled, motivated, and performance-oriented teams.
Ability to use innovative approach for conflict resolution.
Ability to communicate effectively, internally and with relevant external stakeholders.
