Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
- Not limited but assigned by supervisor
- Requirement: Possess a Bachelor degree in Cost Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Must be trained in Mechanical/Electrical Trades and familiar with measuring (taking-off) work or BOQ.
- Experience in construction procurement, tendering/bidding, contract compilation, commercial negotiation, project cost controlling, payment evaluation, final account compilation, international trade preferred.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national company preferred.
- Able to work independently and with initiative, be hard working and responsible.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and good command of English.
- Good command of computer skills, software like Microsoft Office.
