Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure Last Mile design and operations at regional hub level by coordinating with fulfilment team and 3rd Party co- loaders and at each delivery hub
- Design and expansion of Own Last Mile deliveries across the Top cities at UAE and KSA
- Work on projects related to planning processes and speed enhancement initiatives. Works on creating future capabilities with product, analytics and supply leads (Warehouse/First Mile/ Last Mile) to bring customer service goodness
- Optimize Delivery network by working with cross functional Business and Supply Chain stakeholder basis a periodic cadence to ensure seamless demand, warehouse, inventory and last mile delivery planning to deliver best customer service within targeted service levels
- Ensure that each aspect of Operations is measured and that core KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Responsible for expanding logistics and customer service infrastructure across countries and channels.
- Work with Finance & courier partners to manage end to end invoicing
- Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure all escalations are closed and process is optimized.
