Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1, Primary customer service (first point of contact) for internal customers across regions
2, Provide in house support for the client to achieve better co ordination and to have better visibility on the supply chain cycle.
3, Ensure the commercial documents are dispatched to the respective destination based on country specific prior to shipment arrival.
4, Actively manage external platform that measures the KPI
5, First point of contact for escalations from both principals and end users.
