الوصف الوظيفي
– Carry out a variety of tasks, including, full administrative, executive and personal support to the CEO and family members.
– Manage, coordinate and maintain complex calendar.
– Organize internal and external meetings, including meeting venue, equipment, and presentations.
– Arrange internal and external calls, including setting-up and circulating dial-ins.
– Liaise with stakeholders in multiple time zones in an effective and professional manner.
– Organize heavy travel requirements including flights, visa requirements, hotels, ground transportation.
– Monitor & respond to incoming communications as necessary, including phone calls and emails.
– Coordinate with accounts regarding expenses.
– Take dictation/self-correspondence.
– Cover home/personal/household-related tasks and requirements.
– Family travel requirements (flights, hotel, visas)
– Handle frequent restaurant reservations.
– Responsible for managing personal driver’s schedule in line with family’s needs.
– Act as the first point of contact on CEO’s behalf.
– Job description is not limited to the above. Employee will adhere to instructions/tasks as given by the CEO
