Job Description
Our Client
A large scale development project in Saudi Arabia have exciting newly created opportunities for Project Cost Accountants to join their finance team.
Your Responsibilities
- The Cost Control Specialist responsibilities focus on the total cost management.
- The incumbent shall facilitate, review and monitor independently the processes related to expenditure forecasting, cost allocation, accruals, accounts payable and treasury.
- Regularly interfacing with Enterprise Projects Control, corporate finance and payable team to maintain accurate, updated information on project cost/budgets.
- Review monthly ageing reports for vendor outstanding, ageing of Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders and escalate issues to respective teams for their review and action.
- Monthly monitoring of cash flow forecast against approved cash flow plan.
Your Qualifications
- About 5 years of related experience of which a minimum of 3 years should be in a similar position/ responsibility, preferably in the government / public sector.
- Extensive knowledge of costing, accounting, business operations, payroll (experience in these areas preferred)
- Excellent communication skills is essential
