Accommodation management

  • Vehicle and Driver management

  • Develop the Asset and Logistics specific PEP for Scope of Works in terms of process, procedures, quality standards, deliverables, acceptance criteria, reporting and escalation protocols, and collaborative best working practices

  • Lead the implementation of the Asset and Logistics specific sections of the PEP both up and down the supply chain
  • Update and revise the Asset and Logistics specific sections of the PEP, as required from time-to-time to mitigate project delivery risks and resolve any specific issues
  • Develop a real estate (landlord) register and strategy
  • Review lease contracts (term and conditions) for existing and new contracts
  • Conditional Surveys of all assets
  • Develop a maintenance strategy for all assets
  • Develop a maintenance plan (preventive and reactive) aligned with landlords roles and responsibilities
  • Establish Asset and Logistics related Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for inclusion in regular management reports

  • Provide Asset and Logistics update via reports/memos for regular weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly reports/meetings
  • Coordination with HSE department for inspections for assets (Building and Vehicles)

  • Develop the welcome pack for new starters
  • Set up and conduct introduction of new starters into Al Ula
  • Developing an accommodation schedule/program (check in and out)
  • Authorised signatory on all day-to-day Asset and Logistics matters (such as forms, checklists, minutes of meeting, etc.)

  • Handling Petty Cash and bookkeeping
  • Draft letters for F+G Senior Programme Manager and/or the F+G Project Leader signature, where there is a clear scope, time, cost, and quality impact on the contract for leasing (building and vehicles)
  • Line Management of the Project Coordinator (Assets and Logistics)

  • Notify team leaders on Asset and Logistics matters as appropriate
  • Senior Management presentations, meetings and workshops as required to accompany the F+G Director on Assets and Logistics matters
