Following all operation and maintenance scope with Tawal
Working to improve SLA and KPI
Ensure adhering to contractual targeted SLA and KPI Auditing &Monitoring daily activities
Interfacing customer in Asir
Has enough leadership skills to manage and control ASP in Asir
Following PMR scheduling
Doing failure analysis and benchmarking for network and ASP Ability to measure , identify gaps and apply solution
He should have electrical or mechanical engineering BSC and has at least 2 years experience in the same field.
