- Following all operation and maintenance scope with Tawal
- Working to improve SLA and KPI
- Ensure adhering to contractual targeted SLA and KPI Auditing &Monitoring daily activities
- Interfacing customer in Asir
- Has enough leadership skills to manage and control ASP in Asir
- Following PMR scheduling
- Doing failure analysis and benchmarking for network and ASP Ability to measure , identify gaps and apply solution
- He should have electrical or mechanical engineering BSC and has at least 2 years experience in the same field.
