Role Description
Responsibility of reporting, analysis to ensure the
staffing size that will meet the required.
knowledge/experience/skills of its workforce in
order to achieve its business goals. The jobholder is
responsible for developing business agreements
and actions to assist with intraday call volumes and
staff management that leverage our bias towards
action when both excess capacity and/or shortfalls
are present.
المهارات
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Call center Background.
Reading and speaking Arabic and English.
Indicative Years of Experience
2+ Year experience at call center field or at
relevant field.
