As a HSE Specialist , you will play a vital role onsite through supporting installation and maintenance activities. You will work with our customers to ensure safe and compliant operations for our projects. You will be the onsite expert for safety and security, utilizing your knowledge and skills to deliver safer solutions.
As a Lead HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Services teams to develop, improve, and implement HSE programs and procedures and initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor to management to provide support for assisting in important decision making
- Acting as the first line contact for the field service engineers as they manage day to day HSE issues in service work
- Acting as technical advisor to cross functional teams and employees to facilitate continual HSE improvements
- Assuring that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE), organizing talks on HSE issues, Quality and improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Experience or in-depth knowledge of oilfield products & services, field service and technical advising
- Be able demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Be able to travel 30% of the time to Offshore worksites
- Have Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE.
- Have Diploma in relevant field
