POSITION : –LEAD ENGINEER – BENCHMARKING
Degree:
. University Bachelor degree in Engineering.
Experience:
. 7 – 10 years of Engineering professional and management experience in industrial projects for the petrochemical / oil & gas segment, with emphasis on Project & Organizational Performance Monitoring.
. 3-5 Years experience in project benchmarking
Skills:
. Interpreting the data trends
. Thorough in understanding the basis of benchmarking
. Analyzing historical data for business intelligence purpose
. Ability to develop internal organization project database through historical performance trends
. Vision towards establishment of business intelligence tools with future outlook
. Familiar with international business intelligence and generic benchmark practices and organizations
. Familiar with benchmarking code of ethics
. Strong in Microsoft office application (excel and power point)
