SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST
Job Description
Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of quality related activities. Provides support for all issues intended for strategic & operational support for the implementation of systems and procedures used to support quality standards. Establishes strong relationships within business partners on a cross-functional basis to ensure alignment and synchronization between regulatoryand quality strategies and business goals.Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Leads day-to-day quality operations by directly or indirectly overseeing internal individual contributors and/or third-party vendors to ensure timely project execution according to defined project strategies and timelines.
3. Works closely with the Supply Chain Management Department Heads and Quality Management Department to develop improvement initiatives to address identified areas of risk/improvement for the division.
4. Assists in initiating/recommending the formation of and coordinates the activities of the Supply Chain oracle user support teams.
5. Develops and conducts training courses at multiple levels of the Division to ensure staff competencies.
6. Responds to and recommends measures to resolve customer service complaints.
7. Assists in tracking and communicates the status of productivities/improvement activities of the Division (e.g. through preparation of annual report).
8. Assists in developing and implements training manuals/plans for management and staff development. Coordinates and evaluates the Supply Chain Management Saudization plan for all positions.
9. Identifies improvements and efficiencies to quality systems and processes.
10. Provides advice and develops effective quality strategy to support Supply Chain Management strategic objectives.
11. Coordinate and participates in the development, review and update of policies and procedures, forms, business flowchart, and ensures they are appropriate and compliance with the Hospital and local laws and regulations.
12. Stays up-to-date of changes to business-relevant standards and develops plans to ensure processes is up-to-date on all pertinent requirements.
13. Coordinates the compliance program for outsourced activities and suppliers.
14. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
15. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.

Master or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline is required.Experience Required
Five (5) years of related experience with Master's or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
