In this role, you will ensure we align with quality requirements. You will be integral in verifying that our products meet quality standards before progressing to the next phase of production or customer delivery. You will provide support and guidance to teams to prevent and resolve production issues.
As the Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:
.Providing QC set-up and support in tendering and execution phases of Engineering Procure Construct.
.Overseeing fulfillment of contractual and regulatory requirements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
.Capturing lessons learned to continually improve execution processes.
.Reviewing and evaluating acceptance according engineering specifications of products documents and material certificates
.Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
.Recording all tool and equipment usage, refurbishment, assembly, testing and disposition to track and maintain
.Handling communication with colleagues about data gathering and analys, and with external customer inspectors for rental tooling quality inspections.
.Contributing to projects as a team member
.Creating strategies and support projects to achieve OTD on service tools requirements. Working aligned with the quality management system
.Evaluating strategies with quality team to complete on time document reviews and comply with the customer and engineering requirements.
.Contributing to customer satisfaction, create and implement quality procedures for rental tooling requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:
.Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)
.Have at least 4 years of experience in Quality.
.Be able to speak and write in English.
