Job Description

Summary
Performs Human Capital policy and procedure research and analysis. Formulates and edits core Human Capital Policies and participates in policy development and revision. Provides coordination for multiple policy development and related projects as assigned.Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Provides coordination in the planning, development, and implementation of critical special projects associated with the maintenance and enhancement of Human Capital policies.
3. Participates in the formulation, development, implementation, and revision Human Capital policies.
4. Maintains a broad knowledge Human Capital Polices pertaining to strategic communication and policy research and development.
5. Establishes, implements, and maintains effective methods and processes relating to the communication of Human Capital policy issues in the understanding and interpretation.
6. Maintains a conceptual knowledge of all policies, guidelines and procedures. Provides consultation, facilitation, and assistance to all department heads in the proper interpretation and application of all policies and guidelines, as may be assigned.
7. Aligns HC Policy objectives with HC goals to provide positive operational outcomes.
8. Monitors all new policy-related issues in the Hospital to ascertain need and validity to meet organizational needs and to ensure conformity, efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Prepares schedules, coordinates projects and assignments of the section. Prepares section budgets, monitors records and expenditures and submits reports.
10. Participates in studies and developments of plans as requested and provides input related to area of specialty.Education
