Leasing Coordinator

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for lease admin duties for various projects.
.Coordinates lease documents on requirements needed, including signed documents, payments, tenant details and registration/licenses, receipts, etc.
.Responsible for maintaining data integrity of physical and electronic lease files
.Lease review with Legal Team
.Keeping track of lease expiry and all related documents, Soft and hard copies,
.Monitoring rental payments And other lease related expenses,
.AMC: renewals and coordination with Vendor
.Lease related correspondence and forms,
.prepare letters, Memo, monthly lease activity report,
.Coordinating with LL team for all day to day operations need and support
.Transmits all documents to internal and external parties
.Follows-up with internal and external parties on the status of all documents/deals
.Prepares initial rent receipts and confirm all relevant data. (receives invoice, rental cheque requests)
.Monitors the documentation process and ensures that everything is completed
.Utilizes, updates and manages all tools and resources available to manage workload, including checklists, databases, logs and other related reporting tools
. Drafts, proofs and finalizes correspondence and other documents
.Supports Leasing Dept. on preparation of reports, e.g Tenant Mix, Rent Roll, etc.
.Communicates with Leasing, Legal & Acct. Dept., as well as retailers and landlords
.Negotiates and Knowledge and Skills Required
.Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
.Ability to manage a large database, including inputting, editing and verifying information
. the ability to build a financial case study
