As the RTS Technical Sales Manager for Qatar/Turkey, you are responsible for activities and processes that help the RTS sales organization achieve business objectives. You will also responsible for
- Being responsible as focal point for RTS technical sales activities, processes and business growth plans in Qatar & Turkey.
- Delivering RTS direct revenue plans and target, develop the strong pipeline, and drive full cycle of Deal machine process
- Supporting all OFS product lines in Qatar & Turkey & Support commercial intensity for RTS and Product lines
- Collaborating with Product lines for the upsells of BH products/ technology services.
- Acting as RTS-centric focal point, and builds and develops technical and commercial business relationships with clients from an early engagement stage to award. Provide adequate technical and commercial due diligence support for tenders and proposals.
- Recognizing customer challenges, propose and recommend solutions that contain RTS's advisory services, higher value generating solutions, including cross-product line collaboration, for both the customer and BH
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering with minimum 15+ years experience in Oil & Gas Subsurface business
- Have strong experience of technology portfolio across Oil Field Services
- Have demonstrate good experience in sales & commercial
- Have known full processes related to Deal Machine
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have demonstrated teaming skills to work across various internal and external organizations
