Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.Job Description
During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him to the work environment.
- Responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity
- This role will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning as well as establish the long-term planning.
- Interface with production, logistic, purchasing and suppliers to schedule the receipt of material to meet production demand.
- Responsible for material scheduling for components and plastics and main contact to track raw material readiness, updating database, editing routines documents, procurement follow up and expediting management.
- Evaluate and drive resolution on all manufacturing material quality and supply issues.
- Assure that the shop has the necessary materials.
- Monitor implementation of corrective action plans.
- Responsible for assigned commodities to meet the requirements of the business.
- Perform some or all of the required functions from initiation of intent to purchase to satisfactory delivery of material or service
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Information & Computer system, or similar degree from an accredited university.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)
- GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicate has not registered for any job during the past six months.
- Should not be currently employed.
- Good usage of Microsoft software.
- Should not have previously participated in Tamheer.
