Cyber Forensics Analyst

Our Client
A world renown Energy & Chemicals Company based in Saudi Arabia are looking for a Cyber Forensics Analyst on a permanent basis.
Your Responsibilities

• Supports Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) in the detection, response, mitigation, and reporting of cyber threats affecting client networks as a Forensic Analyst.
• Provides specialized support by gathering, handling, examining, preparing, entering, and searching, retrieving, identifying and/or comparing digital and/or physical evidence. The candidate uses forensically sound procedures to determine results.
• Observes proper evidence custody and control procedures, documents procedures and findings
• Prepares comprehensive written notes and incident response reports.
• Performs the functions necessary for DFIR analysts.
• Manages and maintains cybersecurity forensics solutions.
• Stay informed of current events in the security industry including the latest exploits and threats, as well as, preventative measures, and remediation techniques.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• Cybersecurity related certifications (i.e. SANS GCFA, SANS GCFE) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) entity.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the detection, response, mitigation, and/or reporting of cyber threats.
• Demonstrates good problem solving analytical and troubleshooting skills solid understanding of underlying technologies: hardware, software, networking, internet and wireless.
