The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking senior training manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi Arabia.
Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing employees skills, talents, performance, and productivity and preparing written evaluations with advice for improvement.
- Experienced as a Training Manager, including training outside the organization.
- Experience and demonstrated ability to conduct training courses using innovative classroom techniques and standard or improvised teaching aids.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present effective oral and written reports.
- Skill in developing, training calendars, coordinating, implementing, assigning them to training sessions and administering training programs.
- Work with the communications team, develop training content
- Skill in personnel management and administration.
- Preferably with Arabic language skills.
- Knowledge is acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience
- Overseeing the training in all key areas of warehouse operations, including order building, materials handling, stocking, shipping, receiving, loading and unloading.
- Researching new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees.
- Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training.
- Searching for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure safety and productivity among staff members.
- Communicating with team members, trainers, and management to ensure all needs are met.
About you
You have a relevant degree qualification from an accredited university. You have experience as a training manager, including training outside the organization. You have experience and demonstrate ability to conduct training courses using innovative classroom techniques and standard or improvised teaching aids. You have demonstrated the ability to prepare and present effective oral and written reports. You have skills in developing, training calendars, coordinating, implementing, and administering training programs. You have worked with the communications team, to develop training content. You have skills in personnel management and administration. You have Arabic language skills preferably. You have knowledge is acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
