Our Technical Support Team is looking for a new team player to increase its capability and better timely serve our KOCH ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS customers in the Middle East. As a Technical Service Coordinator, your primary focus is to provide timely technical solutions to support customers (internal and external) and coordinate technical services team within the framework of the KOCH ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS vision of delivering superior value by becoming the preferred partner. You have a strong technical and organizational capabilities combined with great communication skills and good sense of urgency, then you might be our ideal candidate.
The open position is in ourKOCH ENGINEERED SOLUTIONSDammam Facility (2nd Industrial City) in Saudi Arabia. What You Will Do In Your Role
- Work within Safety Rules and Regulations to ensure personal safety and that of others all the time
- Ensure trainings, certifications and other site access requirements are fulfilled (On-shore and off-shore).
- Address technical customer requests, seek to understand and provide a guidance for resolution.
- Support the commercial team to provide the best value proposition to the customers.
- Ensure the equipment, tooling, measuring devices and PPEs (calibrations, certifications, etc.) are kept up to date.
- Assess and coordinate technical aspects – together with Technical, Instruments and Project Management Department – all related documentation, tools and equipment's for service jobs are available/on site.
- Schedule and dispatch technical services resources to exceed customer expectations.
- Consolidate documents to ensure the projects are invoiced in a timely manner.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (minimum)
- 5-7 years in similar role.
- Fluent in English
- Experience with planning resources for site work in refining or petrochemical plants and/or off-shore work.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
