The Role:
Our Resident Trainers work in store and lead by example to ensure all staff uphold the level of professionalism and customer service that is expected of them.
You will:
– Identify counter training needs with Retail Managers and meet those needs through on-on-one support.
– Communicate with the Retail Manager the employees performance, ability, and morale
– Support Trainers, L&D Managers and/or Operations Managers in skills assessment within the recruitment process.
– Support new product/range launches through store presence at key events/promotions/campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– To apply for this role you must have extensive customer service experience and the ability to train and motivate a team. About Us:
