The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Enhancing experiences of the company's audiences through their digital channels
- Tracking customer experiences and identifying their needs through available data and analytics
- Answering all customer enquiries and documenting all processes
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have more than 3 years of experience within CX roles and have previous experience working with various digital channels. They should have experience working in the Middle East. The candidate should also hold a Bachelor's degree.
