Finance
Our multi-disciplined finance teams support and improve business performance while maintaining effective and robust control. We have teams working within our retail divisions reviewing financial performance, identifying trends, spotting opportunities and supporting business planning and decision making. In our Central Finance Team, business performance is recorded, reported and analyzed on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Finance staff also play an active role in the review and enhancement of business processes and technology usage.
Role Profile:-
Manage Finance related Projects to achieve business goals and objectives in accordance with Company policies, process and procedures.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
. Review and analyse project critical information, develop and implement strategies to achieve project critical information, develop and implement strategies to achieve Business objectives.
Should be able to prepare cost-benefit analyses for projects
. Develop key cross functional relationships to achieve agreed objectives.
Communicate goals and expectations to team members and Deliver relevant feedback to all key stakeholders.
. Proactively manage workload, making recommendations for change when necessary.
Ensure that teams meet milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
. Manage supporting team and provide coaching, mentoring and direction.
. Compile research and feedback findings and develop opportunities to benefit the Business.
. Manage a team within the Department, including appraisal, training and new hire activities.
. Develop internal and external relationships and liaise with key areas to benefit the Business.
Requirements:
Degree / Post Graduate qualifications in Accountancy.
10 years experience in a large multinational Retail Organization. Should have Project handling experience.
Project management certification is desirable.
Skills:
In depth knowledge of Accounting.
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Oracle/EPM system knowledge preferred. About Us:
