FLM Manager
Job Description
Job Description :
- Plans the activities and work schedules of the field personnel in accordance to ongoing projects and activities.
- Performs regular appraisals of NFM personnel.
- Responsible for the safety of the field personnel, by establishing and communicating clear safety regulations.
- Budget and cost control
- Responsible for availability of spare parts, tools / instruments and their distribution and handling
- Prepares and negotiates sub-contracting.
- Responsible for regular reporting of field maintenance performance.
- Ensures that set up ISP and O&M performance goals are met.
- Plan and initiate relevant ISP improvements in co-operation with relevant units if criteria are not met or are deteriorating.
- Manage updates / changes of all documents in various Procedures binders and other NFM binders whenever required.
- Be able to and present and discuss all aspects of network field maintenance with all parties concerned. This includes all relevant equipment and elements in the network.
- Good knowledge in Access-, Core and Transport Networks.
- Good knowledge of the network topology, its traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics.
- Good knowledge of network performance / configuration parameters and their interpretation and use.
